Native App vs. Browser Access

Common Installation Issues
Unknown-sources warnings on Android arise because gintoto APK comes outside the Play Store. Our gintoto servers handle concurrent load, but if you experience repeated disconnects, try switching between WiFi and mobile data, clearing your browser cache, or reinstalling the APK. Response latency is typically resolved within a few minutes as traffic normalises.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
Our gintoto app requests only the permissions necessary: device storage (for the APK and offline cache), internet access (to connect to our servers), and optionally microphone or camera (for live-dealer video streams if you choose to enable them). We do not access your contacts, files, or location. All data transmitted between your device and gintoto is encrypted using industry-standard protocols.
